The main components of the chemical composition of ceramic fiber board are alumina (Al₂O₃) and silica (SiO₂), and the ratio of these two components determines its temperature resistance. For example, the alumina content of 1260 ceramic fiber board is about 45%-55%, which is suitable for high-temperature environments below 1260℃.
Chemical resistance ceramic fiber board has excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis and chemicals. In the corrosive environment, it can maintain stable performance, not easy to chemical reaction or deterioration.
Thermal stability ceramic fiber board has good thermal stability at high temperatures, no significant contraction or expansion. Even if it is used in a long-term high temperature environment, its size and performance can remain stable.
Antioxidant ceramic fiber board performs well in high temperature oxidizing environment and is not easy to be oxidized or decomposed. This makes it widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical and other high temperature industrial fields.
