》Send to the ingredient pool, add water-soluble acrylic-based binder and additives (dispersant, tackifier, retention agent, fixative, reinforcing agent, defoamer) to make a certain concentration of water ,pulp.
》The slurry is usually dehydrated by wet slanting long net forming, and wet ceramic fiber paper is formed by vacuum suction or mechanical pressing.
》Enter the drying system to dry the insulation fiber paper.
》 A small amount of binder is added to the slurry, the binder is evenly spread into the wet insulation ceramic fiber paper sheet through the sizing device. This process of fireproof ceramic fiber paper is called external sizing method.
